Really impressed with the service I received on my two visits here. Super friendly staff, good facilities and the service team managed to fit me in for some work with very short notice due to my warranty running out. Would highly recommend!

Went to the Rushden branch with a problem with my auto gearbox. They gave me the error code, but told me they didn't have an idea of what was wrong. They said it could cost over a thousand for a new gearbox, or that I could chop it in for part exchange against a new one. Given that its only done 46,000 miles, I was a bit dubious. Went home, googled Fiat Forums, lo and behold, others had had the same problem, and it was a pretty simple fix of cleaning out a part on the gearbox. Had it done, and it's been fine for the last four months. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean you can pull the wool over my eyes

Bought a Mazda here 2 years ago. Dealership have been pretty good with any issues I have had including a recall issue which was resolved quickly. Always supply a courtesy car and clean my car when they give it back. They have serviced the car each year without trying to sell me added extras. Would happily buy from them again.

Great service, not yet had a bad experience with this place, friendly helpful staff and always try to get you the best price on servicing and mots. Would definitely recommend it to my Mum 😁

The staff here are first class and so is the service I couldn't recommend a better dealer.Have used these guys many times and have no problems recommending to anyone.
