After visiting several local forecourts looking at numerous cars for my wife, we found the perfect one at JCM. Steve sorted us out with the minimum of fuss. 
Had the car for a few weeks now, it drives and looks like a new one, my wife loves it!!!. Thank you.

Very nice experience steves a good guy very chatty full of advice and no hard sale .. Happy with the deal so far ... Only 4 stars tho steve as you need to get some sort of tea/coffee facility if consumers are going to be there quite a while  ( minor gripe ) haha :) .. Other than that it would have been 5 star for sure and if the car proves faultless for a while i would definately use again in the future .

Lack of integrity and time wasters - Went to view a car, obtained finance on it, secured insurance all boxes ticked, contacted the business after no update from the Salesman only to be told the car I was buying had "been sold by the boss on the golf course" Apparently I had not paid a deposit however no mention of a deposit was made until I was advised the car had been sold! Thanks guys, terrific way to treat customers

Absolutely perfect can't recommend enough, after months of looking at cars that were described as immaculate to only be disappointed I can't describe how delighted I was to go to JCM. I had begun to think I was never going to find a Vauxhall insignia Tourer that didn't look like it had been used as a van but at JCM I did the vehicle was truly immaculate With full Main dealer history. I immediately made up my mind this was the car from me and Steve arranged finance for me and I drove away in the vehicle In under two hours of arriving. Absolutely first-class.
