Can take a while on the phone, however normally appointments are achieved same day which is a miracle compared to many other surgeries in the Rochford/Southend area. Some GP's/Nurses are better than others but this is common with any practice.

Constantly hanging on the phone , reception just don't bother unless you go in ! Their online repeat prescription is frankly a JOKE how older people are supposed to navigate that i don't know ! Time to change practise !
