I have been in there for many times I know people get angry when they have to wait for a long time I have to do that aswell but staff there is really helpful I stayed in infirmary for around 1 week, they served  me and other patients in really good manners

All wonderful staff today, from reception lady blonde hair who helped show me the way, to all the staff at the day centre…reception, Lynn my nurse all the staff in purple and blue and the team in the theatre the surgeon Ahmad- i think he said his name was and the male nurse who kept me chatting through the surgery and the ladies who helped take care of me.nnHad a lovely laugh together and really put me at ease.nnWhat a refreshing change to come somewhere and everyone be so lovely and helpful.nnThank you so much

I was surprised of the time i went to the Rochdale Infirmary urgent care unit on a Sunday morning around 9:45am, there was no queue going to the reception as i was the only one there & seen the triage nurse shortly after checking in & 10 minutes after i got called in to see the doctor & had tests done & treatment of what was wrong with me & i was discharged after an hour. And that’s with it saying 1-2 hours waiting time. That was a bonus getting seen to with no waiting time. I must of time it well. I was expecting to be there for hours like previously when i attended. But as i was leaving around 11:00am it was starting to get a little busy with patients arriving less than 10. Which wasn’t too bad. I guess it just depends how many patients need medical treatment at the time & day i guess.

Apart from the wait time which was quite long, every other service was top notch and easily rated 5 star. The team was very professional and caring. I had a pleasant experience and received quality care. It was all worth the wait; thanks to the entire professional team, and especially to Dr. Lim

Lovely Nurse Gabrielle Gaby looked after me in UTC last night. Fixed me up with the IVs was ever so gentle with the cannula and bloods I didn't feel a thing im not a good patient... Michael the Nurse was also Lovely, attentive and saw to me quickly at triage. Great service Thankyou
