Went to rochdale a&e last night with chest pains and the speed in which I was seen was brilliant. The tests I had came back all fine but as I was still in pain my Dr was not for discharging me his level of care was top tier. I didn't catch his name but hope the hospital sees this and give him this praise.
Amazing quality of care! Before even getting to the reception, the lady behind there immediately got my mum a wheelchair as she noticed she could barely walk.nnJess, who treated my mum, was very kind and compassionate, and did everything in her power possible to help us come to a resolution, she deserves a pay rise
One of the best hospitals for my orthopaedic care. The main Consultant contributed to saving my leg last year. I'm still attending for physio, not seen any results from the appointments as been doing my own thing and have progressed watching YouTube physio videos. Still early days but it helps going for my own sanity and to get out of my home.
Informative, polite medical team the environment was clean & tidy.nVery professional service and as my bloods would be a little while the same day emergency care SDEC department provided tea/coffee biscuits and sandwiches not what I was expecting at all.
Apart from the wait time which was quite long, every other service was top notch and easily rated 5 star. The team was very professional and caring. I had a pleasant experience and received quality care. It was all worth the wait; thanks to the entire professional team, and especially to Dr. Lim
