The council is at the end of the tram line, in a large glass building. We were trying to find the registration office and got lost for 20 munites because it was not the place shown on Google. But the ceremony was lovely and the staff were very friendly.

What à joke Spent Millions for Town Hall Then more to replace car area which was full each day NOW IT Only ruined by motorbikes it's Empty otherwise Then after 3 years work on it Flagging down then. Month after it's being broken up NOT ONE PERSON IN ROCHDALE wanted this our Council Tax wasted

This is the new home of RBC Rochdale Borough Council The building opened a few year's a go. It is home to the majority of the councils central service's. It is also home to the public library. There are numerous information points, meeting rooms etc. There is also a cafe called Bean on the ground floor. It's design is striking and the building is worth visiting just to see the impressive open plan design.

Great public faculty, spacious & ultra modern. Helpful staff on hand to answer any questions and give directions.
