I wanted to report problems with the potholes. Utter f...king joke. You just kept waiting on the line 15 minutes I waited before putting the phone down.! Listening to some annoying and patronising answer machine message. Are there any people still employed there?. Highways Agency. Bunch of useless cretins. Funding now is supposed to come from direct taxation (ie, Road Tax.). I saw YouTube videos of roads being replaced in Holland. Huge machine going along at 10 mph with a gritting machine and rollers close behind. A revelation, a breath of fresh air to see such efficiency. No not in Britain. Funding, new ideas always light years behind. Were too arrogant, to adapt to change.

Whatever is not what I was expect to hear over the phone. Got a ticket for parking on Sunday outside my house without parking permit. Somebody removed ticket without my knowledge . I need to pay even it's not my fault . WHATEVER

I am a land lord, the council they stoped payment and now once we jumped though hoops and get to a stage they say they are going to pay the rent they owe they can't even pay when they say they will when you ring you can't speak to anyone as there department don't take call it is a joke no wonder people get evicted wait round for the council to sort them selfs out is a joke should have been paid 3 weeks ago and they still not sorted it telling me I have to wait another week now if I stop paying money to them tho they would be on me like a shot wanting it there and then
