Professional & Excellent vet care offered. They have taken care of all our family pets, spent time and effort on making them and us feel comfortable, we love that they understand our love and perhaps! Over anxiety for their welfare. We have tried a few others, but this vet offers everything we need and like.
Nice veterinary practice. On holiday from Scotland, my dog wasn’t her usual self. Made an appointment with Robson & Prescott. Vet, Ollie, dealt with my dog, Luna in a friendly and professional way. Pretty impressed. Would recommend.
On holiday with our spaniel who developed an eye infection, both eyes. Phoned and seen very promptly, excellent, receptionist very helpful, vet Samantha very thorough and understanding of a nervous rescue who doesn’t like to be handled. On holiday when our cockerpoo got an ear infection. From the time we spoke to the receptionist in the morning to seeing the vet that same afternoon everyone was professional, friendly and informative. We received full attention, a diagnosis, medication, and advise on how to avoid future flare ups, absolutely superb.
