Before moving into our new house, we needed two new bathrooms. Claire and her fitter Mick were wonderful, Claire understood our requirements and guided us through the process of choosing the right materials patiently and explained things very clearly and provided us with very good advice, Mick and his assistant were very reliable and did a superb job. We enjoyed working with them very much, totally reliable and trustworthy  We will recommend them to anyone needing new bathrooms…

A great service and workmanship from start to finish. We had a complete new heating system and a total refurbishment of en suite. The workers were friendly and efficient and kept us informed at every stage of the work. The owner Phil is very knowledgeable and advised us on all aspects. Claire kept us up to date and advised us on design decisions. Nothing was too much trouble - even when we changed our minds!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of having work done.

Great job, love my new en-suite, what a transformation! Good price,service and quality from initial survey to finished product. Friendly,helpful staff made everything easy. If I had one critism it was the time to complete the job, majority of work was done in 5 days, but then had staff coming back for approx 1 hour per day over next 5 days to complete the work, but apart from that, excellent job, made a small  space into a luxury en-suite.

Parents spent £7500 on a luxury new bathroom fully supplied and fitted, expected time 1 week for job completion, took 8 weeks. Tiler didn't turn up on few occasions was eventually told to get there the following day and finish the job then wouldn't be working for the company again, needless to say he turned up in foul mood, refused to speak to my parents and stomped about all day, he took the toilet out at 10am and left at 9pm saying he couldn't put back in so parents had no facilities to use. Tiling wasn't done as agreed and specified around window and new tiler said couldn't be done as he couldn't take the tiles off as no idea of damage would cause and if could be repaired. took 3 shower trays as 2 broken and 3 radiators as 1 broken, 1 wrong one, Caused distress and arguments between my parents at one point my mum came and hid at mine as she couldn't face the workmen, bathroom finally finished but they hate their very expensive luxury bathroom and instead of wanting to wallow in the bath they use it and get out. Would not recommend the company at all and would never use again.

We had a new shower, basin, taps, flooring and radiator fitted, workmanship was excellent. Then had a new boiler installed, fantastic lads who came and done a great job. Also Claire and Phil lovely people, couldn't do enough for us.

The work carried out for me was excellent, couldn’t fault the workforce and nothing was a problem.  It was carried out with speed and efficiency and I didn’t even have to worry about any mess as everything was left in pristine condition. I can only rate this company as SUPERB and complete value for money. Their attention to detail is above and beyond what can normally be expected. I can certainly recommend this company and would not use anyone else in future.

My parents and I got the family bathroom all redone, and we could not be happier with the result! They go out of their way to keep their customers happy and satisfied! 100% recommend Robinsons Bathroom and Heating!

Fabulous service over many years and reasonably priced.  Stunning bathroom fitted with no issues turns up when arranged and calls out promptly in an emergency new house rubbish boiler can not recommend highly enough

I would rate it lower than one star but unfortunately I cannot.  Absolutely shocking workmanship and even worse attitude from the owner.  left our house in an awful state, so much so we had to bring in other trades to fix their mistakes.  Avoid like the plague

Bathroom complete to a very high standard, the lads were excellent and the design superb. Would highly recommend, thanks again for your excellent work and service.
