Have used Be Modern for a few years now and the units are amazing. The girls in the office are great is something ever arrives damaged we have a set way to get the issue resolved and they always help where they can. They are lovely to speak to as well and answer any silly little questions I have and not to mention they have a great selection of colours and units to choose from. Thank you!
Ordered fire. Was not happy with surround trim as a corner had a gap. They were happy to exchange it which they did. However the new one was bent and twisted so they had to send another one. I told them it my be better to check before sending. Now have another one which is better than the other two but not perfect so I am just putting up with it. Now knowing poor quality in manufacturing is how it is.
Very poor products. Bathroom units come with manufacturing defects, parts missing.The flat pack products that were delivered come with parts I didn't need and parts missing, as I'm a fitter and now making a loss on the job, plus the customer can't even use their only toilet iwould not recommend their products.
Fantastic company to deal with. The staff are very friendly and helpful any time I have been on the phone. Have a fantastic range of products with the Be Modern range, Elgin & Hall and the fantastic Pryzm range of electric fires.
Missed a delivery. Driver was meant to call us an hour beforehand but only called 15 minutes beforehand so my wife couldn't get back in time. Now have to wait another two weeks for it to be delivered!
Had an issue with my electric fire and they exchanged within a week. Hassle free and the delivery team were friendly too.
all the girls are amazing and super helpful in the bathroom department and there products are amazing quality whats in our showroom
Horrendous customer service. My order arrived damaged beyond repair, and then changed the swap date 7 times! Two months with a damaged item sat in my home and you have the audacity to lie saying you tried to contact me and then provided no proof after asking. Absolutely pathetic
Fire bought from another retailer faulty remote. This company is making good effort to supply a replacement. Far more so than the original supplier
Be modern is the best customer service I have received from any firm for a long time even the delivery staff are so polite and friendly I would highly recommend them
