As almost daily users of this post office we usually have a pleasant service with the lovely staff, HOWEVER, recent changes to the opening hours and more so lowering the number of staff on the tills have resulted in very large queues and us deciding to use another Post Office moving forward.
Simply the worst possible post office you could find, staffed by the worst, ignorant and ill mannered people you would have the misfortune to meet. Badly trained, don't even know how to use their own systems, nor the requirements for drop off digital labels for example. Has now started closing at 2pm on weekdays. May as well close the place and put the terrible staff out of a job they don't deserve.
The ques can be a bit bad ad a disabled person standing can be a bit painful maybe have a disabled only till at post office
Went to pay rent and deposit a cheque and found it closed. Very annoyed Asda must do better. According to a notice it's only open till 2pm each day which is outrageous for a main post office

First time visiting the post office within Asda, found it to be in a good location, not too busy.. Had my driving licence renewal done here, picture Boothe also present, but being over 7ft tall it was difficult to get the correct alignment..staff pleasant and helpful...
Went to Robin Park Asda Post Office to renew my driving licence after receiving shockingly poor , hostile & aggressive service from Hindley Post Office. They completed the renewal in approx 5 minutes with no questions asked, including taking new photo ...when I queried the lost licence and what Hindley had said about contacting the DVLA the counter assistant stated there is an option to change address/ confirm lost when they renew...fantastic service from a Post Office who are not too busy for their customers and actually know what they are doing!!
Definitely not friendly. Have used this post office a number of times just for it convenience but now I use a different post office as I just can't tolerate the pathetically bad counter service. Really would advise EVERYONE to go elsewhere if possible! There's an older man on the counter and his arrogant, condescending tone is the worst. I was left feeling like I had disrupted his day of peace. All he was missing was the eye roll as I approached. The other post office I now go to now is friendly, helpful & always busy.
Please update your opening hours. I came down on a Sunday, as it said you are open. But the shutters were down and the sign on the shutters said closed all day.
