Came in here for a quick bite to eat on a Saturday, only one negative it did take them 30 mins to take our order once we'd sat and pressed the service bell a few time but the food was lush. Size of the fish was enormous, and was cooked perfectly. If waiting a while is the only negative ill take it, wonderful friendly staff, no real complaints.
Food is great price, £13 per person for a three course meal, on Sunday’s. Lots of choice for vegan and gluten intolerant customers. Driven past many times, as we love to go to boot fairs… thought we would give it a try, not disappointed and will likely go back at some time!!!
Wonderful family run quaint country pub restaurant, offering a beautiful function room at the rear for events, plus a raised decking area with gas lit tables I have been a customer for over 23 years, 5 star food cooked to perfection, the staff are all very welcoming even when they are rushed off their feet. Offering great value family meals to suit today's budgets. Highly recommended,
Very friendly, welcoming staff! great selection of drinks, food is great, specials board, themed meals, set menus, Gluten free and vegan options etc. Several eating areas to suit mood both indoor and outdoor. Great for children and adults. Contactless and cash, Free parking too!
Fantastic pub. So friendly and the food was delicious. Chose to go here based on previous reviews and so pleased we did. Our dog was welcome in the bar too. We will definitely return here next time we visit the area.

Brilliant day here for 6 of us. Good food. Brilliant service from all and good prices. Well looked after. Would recommend .and will be back. Thanks to all for making my wife's 75th birthday go well. See you soon.
Our first visit but will not be the last. Next time we are in the area will definitely call again. The food was top class and the staff were very friendly. Well worth a visit
