Update on my previous experience. The owner tried to contact me right away trying to deal with my experience but unfortunately I missed the call and only hear the voicemail 2 weeks later, today actually. The owner was very willing to hear more and trying to help. So he showed a great customer service, sounded very polite and friendly and cannot get over at how good the food was! Very nice and crispy batter and the fish was sublime. Worth living around the delivery range just so you can order from here. Thank you

Stumbled across Roberto's purely by chance while on holiday in Edinburgh. Made to feel really welcome by the friendly staff. My family all ordered different things from fish to pizza to kebabs and everything was 100 per cent perfect. Would totally recommend and will definitely be back

Gorgeous food, generous portions and always arrived on time and very quickly due to the distance and also still hot! Whoever made that macaroni cheese give them compliments because it was absolutely tasty and cheesy with garlic but also so filling that I wish I never got chips with it haha, definitely going to become a regular for me.

Honestly the best chicken kebab I have ever tasted. Huge portion and so so tasty. Kids had ham pizza which they both demolished and husband had a chip steak supper and again massive portion and very nice. Found this on the Web as we were passing so about 25 min from home but we will defo be making the trip again just for the food! Lovely staff. Thanks again

This was the second time I've been to Roberto's, and have to say, my meal has been excellent both times! Had a special fish supper and a single spicy haggis - the fish and chips were fresh, tasty and it was a huge portion, and the haggis was also really good. The staff were also friendly and shop is well kept, so can tell they take pride in their business. Will definitely be back and recommend to others, cheers guys.

Ordered a baked potato with cheese and coleslaw online and it is by far the best baked potato I have had in a very long time. Cooked perfectly and the coleslaw was lovely and creamy. Staff nice and friendly on the phone also. I could have sat and spoken to the woman for absolute ages! Defo will be back and recommend!

I accidently put wrong details in the just eat app so never received my delivery yesterday but when I phoned the next day the guy I spoke to couldn't off been any nicer towards me and it's being delivered free of charge tonight. Use this one every time I fancy a chippy and definitely is the best one around my area.

Food was very good, but the service and politeness was surely not their strong point. Food arrived slightly earlier than scheduled according the timeframe given on the app. My phone was on mute and I missed 2 phone calls from the driver and shop, apparently the driver buzzed, although I did not hear anything? I called the shop and they were not happy at all, and made me feel bad actually. The driver came back all of this within 5 minutes and I made sure I saw him from the window. He couldn’t help without reinforcing his upsetting and rudeness for driving a bit more, we apologised but he was just the rudest thing ever. And paid £3.50 for delivery plus tip. Couldn’t stand his rudeness I swear. I’m a paying customer, mistake can happen and thank to you I realised the buzzer stopped working within 2h cause it worked earlier, but you don’t treat customers like that. Food was good but not the service.

Best BBQ chicken pizza in Edinburgh better than Pizza Hut and dominos the bbq sauce is best I’ve ever tasted! Friendly staff and there Own website Is so easy to use and has some great deals, chips always fresh and chippy sauce the real deal none of this vinegar rubbish you get at other chip shops.

Amazing the best chippy ever; always banter when you go in and really friendly. The best chips. The best kebabs. The best calzone. Soo good dunno how I’m no morbidly obese yet from the amount of times I’ve ordered from here in the last 20 years
