Always enjoy our meals, in the years we've been coming here. Food is piping hot, and feel comfortable in the seating arrangements.
The staff are very friendly and usually only a short waiting time for food. I am a steak night regular on a Tuesday and it is great value and has a nice dining area, the locals in the bar area can be a bit scruffy but so is Gravesend
Near closing at least 20 minutes before the 10pm rule to be out the barmaid was incredibly hostile to my friend. Incredibly rude. If we had been an unruly bunch then fair enough. But it was 3 people having a beer. Totally unnecessary and totally rude.
It's not the same, I understand the limitations. I also appreciate how the staff must feel not being able to communicate and converse with the customers, but, the silly restrictions have left this venue awkward and unwelcoming. It's a shame!
Typical wetherspoons pub. Ran out of tanqueray gin. Unfortunately not all tables cleane/ sanitised when vacated
Very nice food. Good service
