Was in need of a new blender after the one I bought from Amazon packed up within a month!! I thought it had been a good brand, so I was a little unsure of what to go for this time. After browsing for a little white, Stacey came over and asked if I needed any help. She had good product knowledge and was very friendly! I thoroughly appreciated her help and feel confident about my new purchase!
Just bought a kettle from the Redhill branch. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very satisfied.
Today I visited Robert Dyas and was very impressed with the service I received. I am visually impaired and am usually reluctant to request help but today I thought I would enquire whether somebody could help me. I was very well received by Stacey who immediately understood my problem and offered to do my shopping for me. When she had found the items she brought back a selection of goods in various price ranges which I found very helpful indeed. Normally assistants take the most expensive products off the shelf and expect me to buy those but not on this occasion. I was offered a special promotion at only £1 which was truly a good buy. This made my shopping experience extremely pleasant and I congratulate Stacey on her professionalism and exeperience in dealing with dissability. She is truly a great asset to your Company and look forward to shopping with her in the future.
I asked if they had Kontrol and the staff member said yes, let me get it for you. She came back with the product right away and rang it up at the till for me immediately. Where can you get service like that these days, I was surprised in a good way. Thank you!
Awesome service from this store and the assistant manager Stacey, the product we wanted wasn't on the shelf but she went above and beyond to help us locate it - checking stock levels and finding it out back in the store room. Friendly, helpful team .
Went to Robert dyas for a fan and staff were very helpful especially Stacey the assistant manger polite listened to what I needed and showed me what was on offer and what would be the best product to buy even the manager was very helpful top stars to all staff at Robert dyas will recommend to all my friends and family great products and friendly helpful staff .
Absolutely disgusted at the behaviour of the assistant manager calling security as she was unhappy with customer who believed he was short changed and she called the security because if the mans appearance he was a perfect gentleman and she called security I am so disappointed
I do like RD but it's pricey for many things.
Bought 2 headphone splitters, neither of them worked, went to return them at 17:50 and they had already shut even know they are meant to be open till 18:00
They got a bit of everything
