I don't normally take the time to do reviews but our family has been so impressed with how everyone at Robert Bell dealt with the sale of our property that I felt the need to post one. The service was brilliant throughout the whole process. From the initial valuation, the professional brochure, dealing with the viewings and getting feedback (good and bad!) to us. When the sale was agreed we could always rely on Amy to keep us updated on how the sale was going and everyone we spoke to were always lovely to deal with.

I have now both let through and bought through Robert Bell and Company. As a landlord they found me a tenant quickly and as a purchaser they helped me through the purchase, which i don't think would have gone through if they hadn't been involved, sorting things out in the chain that other agents had failed to do!

Feeling very disappointed and let down with the service I received as a buyer it seems I have lost out on a property because I wasn't given the opportunity to increase my offer until it was too late, I was under the impression estate agents were supposed to get the best offer for their client........ Seems not
