I have never experienced such a poor and rude encounter in my life. Seda was the individual helping me that day. Terrible attitude. I had higher expectations for taking my car to a ford/lincoln dealership. So sad to see someone allowing themselves to treat the customers in such a way.
Seta and Manny were EXCEPTIONAL with their prompt, efficient and courteous service. I am baffled by the many negative reviews as STAR LINCOLN went above and beyond to make my daughter’s service appointment one deserving high praise and the anticipation of returning again and again!
Seta from the Lincoln service department shouldn't be in the service industry - very rude and distasteful. I wouldn't recommend you to switch over to Lincoln cars. Please read on. I came in to see if a service was covered under warranty but upon inspection they advised it wasn't covered. She went ahead and called one of the mechanics to get my car ready to be fixed without asking how i wanted to proceed. I kindly told her, no I will go somewhere else to get my car fixed instead since it only needed cleaning. She rolled her eyes and laughed/scoffed at us in disbelief as if we wasted her time. Then, she turned and walked away. Confused, I asked her may we leave or do we have any paper work to fill out. "Go" was the only word she said. Wow. As someone mentioned below, the car is nice - but service is as important. I believe great customer service is a huge factor in retaining loyal customers. I come from over 15 years of Mercedes Benz leasing services but decided to give Lincoln Navigator a shot. BIG MISTAKE. Such a huge difference in service. I will definitely be going back to Mercedes.
My only experience is with the service department at Star Lincoln. I've dealt with Seta and Manny unfortunately. I used to work for Ford and Lincoln corporate and I am embarrassed by the way they treat their clients. It is not representative of the Lincoln brand so please select a better dealership. 1. Even with an appointment you will wait for 30-45 minutes before someone greets you. 2. Simple service requests take HOURS. A tire replacement or oil change will take 2-3 hours even with an appointment. 3. Manny and Seta are flat out RUDE. If you ask for advice they won't provide it - they just say "You can do it if you want." 4. You can expect extraordinarily high prices $150 oil change, $330 tires, extraordinarily long wait times, and rude treatment. Not every dealer is like this just find another nearby dealership. If they have a pulse, they are surely better than Star Lincoln.
They have had my car for nearly 3 weeks to make various repairs, one being the air conditioning which was returned during that period and finally repaired a second time during that period correctly, I hope. I go in to pick up my car and as I am about to leave with the car I see the right rear wheel was low. When I went into the service dept, no one would acknowledge me and as such I had to blurt out not once but several times to get an employee’s attention to get some direction/help to pump the tire. The employees would also avoid eye contact when you tried to ask someone for help. All in all I firmly believe the Star Lincoln Service agents are terrible, rude and uninterested in the customers. Only one employee Chritiann A nicely acknowledged me and helped me. Also while my car was in for repairs I rarely heard from the service agent. I had to call him several times and insist on an update!
Just sold my Lincoln & bought a Tesla! Came here for service last month for my 2018 Lincoln still under warranty & some chick who easily fits a “Karen” stereotype joyfully told me they needed me to leave the car for 3 weeks just to look at it. I couldn’t even get a same day diagnosis, what a disgrace. I will be honest the Lincoln while I had it was nice, but your experience with service is everything. Tesla has an app & they will send someone to your house!
Very sketchy! Be careful of the hidden etching charge they scam you with! I’ll eat the $189.00. Won’t be doing business with them again. When you buy a car it should be the car. No hidden dealer charges. I didn’t want it. They said it was etched into the car. So I bought a car that has been tampered with. Not very honest, I must say.
Not real happy with their service reps at all Taking over 25 minutes to bring my car to me after being told it is ready is not acceptable.
Guys know their cars
If I could give no stars I would. I took my vehicle in for a multipoint inspection and it was not looked at until a week and a half later. I called, texted, left voice-mails for service coordinators and managers, and even drove in to speak with a manager in person and STILL had to be really angry to have my car looked at. Not only this, but the first time that I heard any word on a technician finally looking at my car was after I had my dad emphasis on the fact he is a man call on my behalf. I was hopeful I would receive a survey and never did so instead I will leave an honest review here. 100% would seek a different place to get your car serviced.
