Best gym/training place you'll go; From advanced cutting edge fat loss, to building muscle, gaining strength, fitness and generally feeling better in yourself and gaining energy, to giving knowledge and understanding, I've found Russ and Sam of RM Fitness are the best in existence. What they offer is much, much more than personal training, and the results they help people (myself included) gain reflect this. 

If you are new to exercise/gym or getting into your shape, or if you are already well trained and knowledgeable, these gents will be able to help you make massive progress.

Their facility/gym is cutting edge and they at they train you includes a lot of variety and challenges, they teach you exactly what to do and you won't get bored! 

I've enjoyed going for most of this year now, I've lost flab, gained muscle, and am fitter and stronger than I've been for the last 20 years (I'm 39 and have 'done' the gym since age 17 on and off) 

Don't bother shopping around, just get started with Russ and Sam and you'll be amazed.

This is the ONLY team and gym I refer our Chiropractic patients to, because they are simply the best

Would definitely recommend 100%... Excellent training with a difference!! Specialist training for personal goals .Staff really knowledgeable helpful caring and push you to the limit... brilliant new refurbishment a pleasure to train here look forward to going thanks for doing what you do ....

I started training with RM Fitness in June and it has been the toughest but most rewarding experience.  Having relocated to Manchester from Ireland I was looking for a small group training facility; where I could realise my goals and also be part of a community (instead of just being a number in a commercial gym!).  I used to do TRX training back in Dublin and thought I was used to high intensity training …. I soon realised in RM that I was never going to get used to it!!  As soon as you feel semi-comfortable with something you are pushed harder as Russ & Sam do not let you plateau at all.
My main goal on joining was to build strength and I certainly did as I am now able to deadlift 60kg and squat 50kg.  I’ve still a bit of work to do to build the strength in my bench press but that’s now a new goal for me to focus on.  If anyone was to ask one word to remind me of RM it would be COMMUNITY.  Everyone is so supportive and friendly.  The private facebook group is a great way to motivate one another (while also ranting about feeling deflated or unmotivated).  For someone new to Manchester it was such a nice feeling knowing that when I went to the gym I would be greeted with friendly faces.
I am genuinely gutted to part ways at the end of next week.  But unfortunately due to moving house to be closer to work the commute into town is unrealistic …. But I am so glad to have found RM as I now know what kind of training I should demand from a gym but also from myself.  
Russ & Sam I commend you both in the amazing facility and community that you have created – Manchester is very lucky!!
