So I came to Graham in need of some new boots and boy did he deliver.nnAfter a thorough assessment starting with me filling in a form and then moving on to Graham assessing the shape & mechanics of my feet & ankles.nnThen we start trying on boots and I don't really get a say in the starting point but I'm not the expert.nnGraham explains how to try them on, what to focus and and from there we narrow down to which boot is going to be best.nnThen onto the footbeds, super feet is what was going to be most suitable for me so bag over the foot and these got moulded and the cut down to fit my boots perfectly, or so we thought.nnSo I followed the advice of wearing the boots for x hours each day over the next week and the was some slight numbness developing on one side, so back to the shop.nnGraham shaves down the insert on the affected side ever so slightly but that's all that was needed.nnQueue a fantastic ski holiday where I had zero issues with my feet and the new features of the boot made walking really easy and I'm a big fan of the BOA® Restrictor.nnI've since recommend them to my fiancé who got her footbeds sorted and now to friends too!nnThey also do a brilliant job on ski maintenance!
Incredible boot fitters are few and far between... Graham is the best in the business! There’s a great vibe in store and friendly staff who made my family cups of tea whilst they waited for me to finish my fitting. 10/10 experience! Thank you so much.
Outstanding service. I ordered a helmet online and didn't process the Black Friday code. I contacted the company online, received an excellent quick response from Graham and was rung next working day to process the changes. Helmet has arrived in perfect condition and for a great price.
Fantastic service… My son’s boots that were bought from a major retailer and “professionally fitted “”always gave him pain one trip to these guys and they have solved the problems… Do not Ski in pain visit these guys I will never buy a pair of boots off anyone else again!!
I bought a pair of boots a couple years back I went in as was feeling tight. Instead of just trying to sell new boots to me which was my intention, they found a solution which allowed me to stay in my current boots. Can not fault the service, great business wouldn’t go anywhere else!
