Absolutely disgusted by this taxi service! I booked a taxi for 3.40 - and when I called them at 3.50 asking of the cars whereabouts, I was told it would be 5 mins. At 16.15 I was told that the taxi would be another 5 mins, but didn't arrive until past 16.30!! Making me late to where I was going. Baring in mind the weather was horrible, I didn't appreciate having to wait for an hour in the rain. When we got in the taxi, I displayed my annoyance and was told not to use the service again (by the driver) due to the companies general understaffing and incompetence. Not happy!

Have had good service on most of the several occasions I have used Riviera. Drivers turn up on time, their email and phone booking service is efficient as is Maria in the office who is always helpful and well organised. Only one fairly minor mix-up with meeting a driver which was quickly resolved.
