Rude! I talked to them on the phone about an airport transfer, they asked me where I live, I said "in the Maidenhead area". So they quoted me £25, comparable to other companies. Then they asked me where I wanted pick-up, so I told them: Touchen End. This is 2 miles outside of Maidenhead, closer to the M4 to Heathrow than most of Maidenhead. Our address is still "Maidenhead". He then upped the quote to £30, to which I said, very polite and in no way with a negative reaction: "Okay! Well, I think I'll check with a couple of companies to compare quotes, and then I will c..." And then he just cut me off mid sentence with a very dismissive, condescending sounding "yeah okay" and hung up! If service is that bad when you haven't even given them your money yet, I'd hate to rely on them when I'm trying to catch a flight. The next company I called gave me the same quote, and I went with them simply because they were more polite.

Great Service! I travel regularly between Maidenhead, Heathrow and London and always choose to travel with Elite Private Taxi & Chauffeur Service. They are very reliable, friendly drivers and nice cars.
