Lovely store with a wide variety of homewares, furniture and unique items. The staff have always been friendly and super helpful whenever I've visited and always happy to gift wrap, advise or chat away. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Lots of articles that you don't see often. It's an absolute little treasure trove. Great store and brilliant friendly staff. We had problems with a suite we ordered and Roisin went out of her way to do everything  she could to resolve our little problem. Above and beyond expectations. Thank you riverside, thank you Roisin. I went into Riverside furniture shop, and purchased a Arazona electric recliner costing £1299.00 three seater settee, having asked the following question as follows:  Does the cable adapt to be able to plug in  from the left or Right side of this sofa. The answer was YES IT DOES, AND COMES WITH AMPLE CABLE. Four weeks time, the sofa was delivered. The sofa was then assembled where we were to find that one end did not fit snuggly  and was faulty and the cable would only operate from one end. I disputed this.    The  owner got very angry took the sofa apart and put it into his van and agreed a full refund. My husband and I went to the shop next day to receive our full refund   when he deducted 15% from the refund. I was not told when purchased the  sofa that a 15% would be deducted on faulty items or if you wanted to return for any other reason. Please may I say to anyone to  be very careful when purchasing anything from Riverside Furniture's  has this man is a liar and a rogue.  Thank you for your reply.  However, the 15% deduction does not apply to FAULTY ITEMS. and also SALE OF GOODS ACT 2015

We are Pensioners and we Ordered a Setee for £1299 paid and waited 4 weeks. Suite delivered and had gaps in fabric, frame out of line. When we rejected it under sales of goods act 2015, the big boss just became nasty, offered refund. Went into shop to get refund and was deducted 15% handling charge. IT WAS MADE IN CHINA.A TOTALLY DODGY COMPANY.OWNER LIES. Furthermore the deduction was made after rejection and no terms and conditions were ever explained.IT IS NOT CORRECT TO MAKE A REDUCTION ON THE REFUND WHEN THE GOODS WERE RETURNED AS FAULTY..No terms and conditions were ever explained or shown. JUST ROGUE TRADERS. And a trader who robs Pensioners.I also notice staff leaving REVIEWS that are UNBELIEVABLE.

I just love this shop which sells gorgeous furniniture and unique accessories which really do make a house a home.  The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is always a bargain to be found.
