Always clean and tidy. Great range of stocked products. Customer service and till need improvement. Either too slow or no tills open.

Young lad on till very helpful, with friendly & cheery manner. Though a cluster of female staff stood between the food Isles having a great laugh, making a hell of a racket. Not very professional.

They seem to like to keep the queues a bit longer than in Tesco but they did open another one to get things moving. It's good to have a second supermarket in town with a different choice, and an emphasis on UK and local products.

Some nice produce but quite expensive compared to what it used to be. Very short staffed, often queue for a while.
