I spent 4 nights at Riverside Camping in my touring caravan on a fully serviced pitch. Access to the site is good no tight, windy roads to navigate!! The site is beautiful - as soon as I drove on, I knew we were somewhere special. The family team are so friendly and made us feel welcome. The site was exceptionally quiet when we were there lucky us!! but pitches are well spaced even if it had been busy, I don’t think it would have felt crowded. Facilities are well kept - the team take pride in this. Unfortunately, when we were there, someone made a mess in a shower block - everyone on site received an email to apologise and explain why reception was closed for longer than expected due to the extra time spent cleaning.nThe kids loved the park and a paddle in the river too. The River Watch board was really useful to explain water danger to the kids so they knew why to only go ankle deep!!nRiverside is a beautiful place and I’m already looking to when we can go back.nThank you Catherine, Adam & the Riverside team. See you again x
Just got back from an Amazing weekend camping here. Loved every minute of it. The site is immaculate, showers and toilets always clean and never had to queue even on a busy bank holiday weekend. The location is so beautiful with the river running through. We ate at the Mill Bistro on site twice and the food was great. We loved hiring a fire pit and sitting out having a fire in the evening. Caernarfon is very close and a lovely place to visit. The staff were all amazing especially Catherine the owner very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for a great stay. We cant wait to return soon.
Absolutely stunning place! Spent five days here and it was amazing! Had the place to ourselves as it was midweek and I’ve never been so relaxed ! Pitched the caravan right long the river. Showers and toilets are immaculate. Had the pleasure of meeting Sue, what a lovely lady she is. Couldn’t be more helpful if she tried and very pleasant! Will definitely recommend and will be back on the future xx
What a fantastic little campsite, ideally located for exploring North Wales.nWe stayed with our tent for 4 nights. Excellent facilities for toilets, showers and washing up, and very reasonably priced.nWould definitely stay here again.
We love it here, perfect for families that enjoy river play and nearby beaches. Facilities are great for kids, great shower pressure v.imp and overall one of our fav places to camp!
