One of my favourite eating places. We go there on Sundays for lunch about every two months. Well worth the 90 mile round trip. Sunday last I had one of the best fish pies I have ever eaten. I recommended it to two new customers. Twenty minutes later the lady of these two poked me gently in the back to gain my attention. "You were right" she said, licking her lips. Can't say better than that can you? Tiny place, with only 6 tables but diamonds don't come big. Cakes and scones to die for downstairs in the shop. Great place to eat.

Great little stop when your legs have stopped working and you need some fuel to get you over beacon fell on a bike when when you started your ride was ultra light carbon and now feels like its a penny farthing. Some Epic cakes in here and a decent brew. It loses a mark only because there wasn't enough indoor seating and i needed some warmth after enduring the lovely Ribble Valley sunshine* *replace sunshine with horrific horizontal rain

First visited cafe about 20 years ago .... great to see it's still part of village life. Lovely spot and good, hearty food.

Paid a visit at Easter and the seasonal simnel cake was absolutely delicious.

Absolutely fantastic food here. All tasty home cooked food. Pleasant staff and in lovely surroundings.
