Very good venue for bikers/cyclists passing through the Dunsop Bridge area, free bike storage for whilst you're there. Covered picnic tables outside for when it's sunny and a warm inside area (log fire) for when it's raining cats and dogs. Food is great but the Tea is where Puddleducks really stands out, especially the cream tea. Situated on the River Hodder little ones can have fun feeding the ducks whilst you relax with a cuppa. Being the only cafe in the area it fills up quickly with all the cyclists and ramblers so be sure to get there early to guarantee parking spots in the small car park along the riverside.

Nice tea Room good location. The bizarre system of one till for take away and one for eating in does taint the experience as the staff aggressively check whether you're at the right till.

Good coffee, strange ordering system and over-assertive staff checking whether you were eating in or not. Chill out a bit 😎

I stopped by this lovely tea room whilst staying at Whitewell yesterday and have to say it is so cute! I ordered tea for 1 and some food for the ducks and sat on a bench with the ducks by the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful and later, on my way back from my walk I had homemade tomato and red pepper soup to take away and again sat feeding the ducks. The soup was so tasty and piping hot and the homemade bread was lovely! A lovely little place to visit.

Lovely little cafe in beautiful surroundings. They have their own bike locks and railings! The food was really delicious especially the homemade coleslaw.
