Terrible, late by over two hours. Said I could have a free meal but when I asked about when I’d get the money they said I was never told I can have a free meal. Food was cold, don’t waste your time, there’s better takeouts. Rude unhelpful liars wouldn’t even give a 1 star but I can’t give a lower one

Rude telephone manner. 1. I had to ask twice for confirmation on whether they delivered. 2. Had to repeat my details over and over again 3. Placed my order only for him to say the minimum limit. Next time- be upfront and talk to customers like actual people.

Just had pizza and kebab from them. First of all customer service hung up on me.. Charming.. It used to be absolutely lovely, but apparently owner changed and so did the menu.. Well, that didn't do anyone any good, awful, disgusting pizza soaked in grease, pots of dips awful to match pizza, for some reason had tandoori sauce all over my peperoni pizza, just gross, will be avoiding that place for sure. Kebab was OK, not as it was before, but edible. Very annoyed and dissapointed because service and food used to be realy good.

Over two hours late and the phone number is invalid!! Do not use! Absolutly disgusting service!! Had to cook dinner in the end as it took so long and not even an apology from the delivery driver! Just a shrug!

Made made order through hungryhouse for myself and disabled son and got ref number and told get meal at 10.15pm . But did not come and had no contact from them and all other takeaways were closing. Told hungeryhouse and no help at all.. Very rude and disgusting to be treat like scum. .
