The lovely gentleman that is working today reported a homeless man who had had a fall and when we (the ambulance service) got to him the gentleman in the shop offered and made the homeless gentleman a burger and chicken wings to warm him up. It’s lovely that they have a kind heart to help others in need. It is snowing today too so not nice to be outside at this time.

Poor service, poor value for money. Ordered online on their website from Wingos Maidstone. They charged me twice, this was after I'd already waited an hour and a half for delivery. Upon ringing them, they said they had no order from me. Despite being charged twice! Food was poor, cold, one piece of dry bland chicken in a chewy, dry bun. Mediocre food at a high price. I then had to wait 5 working days for the refund when they billed me twice. Will definitely not be using again!

Had delivery yesterday, chicken burger meal was missing, delivery man didn’t informed me about some food missing, obviously didn’t offer refund me for it as well so I take it as a rip off try. Then I called Wingos to let them know about it, hoping that they will sort it out, but they just promised me some free chicken on the next day, because they had nothing else left ( ???? ) So as I was told, I called them today to claim it, worker who answered is not the same one I talk with another day, after I explained everything they said that I need to contact just-eat as I was ordering through them website ( like they are the ones who prepares food for delivery ????!!!!) So now I’m calling to just-eat, wasting my time, trying to prove (seriously?!?!?!?) what happened and after all that they said that they going to refund me amount of missing food price, which I will get in next 2-3 working days (?????) Result seems to be astonishing no food and no money. Embarrassing, disgraceful, pathetic

It was fine. The wedges arrived actually crispy, unlike other places. The chicken was well cooked and sauce has good flavour. It is what it is, Nando’s, but faster and cheaper, that’ll do. Delivery driver was prompt, polite and friendly. Would order again.

Fantastic food the best food in Maidstone, the chicken was very good to be honestly the food was really nice and I was enjoyed. Thanks for servicing.
