Went in and asked about a certain product.. I don't think they realised that my husband was standing by the door. As I turned and walked out, my husband was facing in their direction, he saw the guy who works there mimic and laugh about what I had just asked... He was totally taking the piss... Absolutely disgusting

Good stock on items, very friendly staff, couldn't find a dress that was online and wanted to try it, because sometimes the sizes are different, I have dresses from RI in 2 different sizes.

I absolutely love River island. This is a fairly big store. With lockdown not as much choice of new lines as usual which us understandable. Not as many Sale items as usual either. But still lots of lovely things. Situated Inside Festival Place. Staff very nice indeed.
On trend casual fashion shop for men, women and children clothing. Very clean, tidy & well laid. Excellent service, staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help. My favourite shop for accessories first class, value for money and durable. Up to date fashion brands for my granddaughter. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Highly recommend
Really helpful and welcoming staff. Clothing was really stylish and trendy and came in a lot of colour variants. I got some really nice pieces in here, Highly recommend!
Was helped by a blonde lady on Sunday 30th. She sold me some black jeans and ordered them to my house. She was incredible and needs a promotion.
Absolutely terrible. I worked there as a Christmas Temp, the staff were rude, obnoxious, the managers would go into the staff room to talk about their employees ‘annoying’ them. They didn’t ask me for the correct information and I didn’t even get the correct pay from them!! My manager also blocked my number after I asked her a QUESTION! Terrible place and everything is priced way too high. Wouldn’t dare recommend working here.
