I bought my dress from Elderberry brides and was so impressed with the selection of their dresses. The service I received was fantastic throughout and they were always so friendly with me and my bridal party. I found it so hard to visualise what dresses would actually be like just from seeing them on the racks so to be able to shortlist from the website was SO helpful. Wendy then worked out what I did and didn’t like about each of the dresses and picked out another for me that wasn’t originally in my list and I would never have picked out myself but ended up being absolutely perfect and was the one I went for. I’m so indecisive so they let me put a hold on the dress for a week before I came back and bought it and they weren’t pushy at all. I also got my alterations done by Olesja at the store and she was amazing. I’d lost a lot of weight between choosing my dress and my fitting, and I wanted a few other alterations which all came out perfectly. My mum actually left her glasses in the shop and although I live locally, I work far away so was finding it tricky to come in to collect them during working hours and the team actually delivered them back to my house. This is just one example of the amazing customer service at Elderberry. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience, ruined my sisters excitement of being a future bride. Clearly last appointment of the day, staff showed no interest in helping finding a dress, resulting in the while bridal party leaving within 15 minutes. Would NOT recommend
This place honestly saved my wedding! After a recent mishap with my wedding dress, I was left without one when my wedding is 3 weeks away! I found the perfect wedding dress here which is probably nicer than the one I had before and it was on sale! They managed to get the alterations done the next day and said I'll have my dress next week. I can't recommend this shop highly enough. Its a must if you need a wedding dress!
As a nervous older bride l was very concerned about looking special on my Wedding Day. I need not have worried as the lovely Kate did an amazing job on making my dress 'one of a Steampunk kind'. The look on my husbands face when he saw me will stay with me for the rest of my life .
I went and tried dresses yesterday. We had a booking but on arrival was told we had half hour each to try dresses. I informed them of my budget and we chose some dresses. The lady who helped me was lovely. I cant fault her. I just didn't get the wow factor.
Great service when my step daughter was purchasing her dress, very helpful staff. However, now with less than seven weeks to the wedding day they have informed her that their seamstress now only works every other Sunday, and have cancelled the first dress fitting. My step daughter does not live locally and has two small toddlers so arranging childcare and travel from London for the fitting was not easy, and they did not contact her until prompted by a call to check the appointment time. She is now having to find another seamstress at short notice who has availability. Very poor after sales service so we cannot recommend.
Brilliant experience, I am not a dress person and don't wear lighter colors, and thought of wearing a wedding dress was completely overwhelming. All this was put to ease by Amber. She was amazing at finding different styles and could easily find what I liked and what I didn't. Really listen to what I was saying I liked and didn't Very professional, and relaxed. Was not rushed. And felt completely at ease with this being out or my comfort zone. I would like to say a big thank you and appreciated every minute of my appointment. Really thank you so much.
I was very nervous to start looking for dresses, this was the first bridal store I'd been to and being a bigger woman I was scared I would hate everything on Me. I was immediately reassured once I was greeted by Amber! She was so friendly and funny and made me feel so at ease with the whole process. She was so helpful and had so many great tips. I found a dress I loved but wasn't ready to commit but I would 100% recommend this store and if you want to feel right at home then you definitely want Amber! I wasn't as comfortable with the second lady who had to step in as another Bride needed the lovely Amber's help. She didnt seem as warm or enthusiastic and openly said she was too hot and couldnt be bothered to help me get into a dress and so I was ready to leave by that point, but other than that I had a great first experience, minus the end of the appointment!
