Randomly visited with my daughters. Staff were friendly enough but took a very long time to bring us the bill at the end even after asking them to, which meant a very bored 5yr old getting disruptive. Food was nice but it's quite a costly restaurant, so it's more worth a special treat rather than a last minute eat out option. Cosy set up and nice for a more grown up meal. Definitely not wheelchair friendly
I came her with my wife and 2 children and we loved it. The decor and general atmosphere is excellent and very well maintained. The menu had an excellent selection and the food was so so good. I would definitely recommend and will return when next in Carlisle.

My husband and I were celebrating Valentine's and when we arrived, we were made very welcome, the food was exceptional, the service was amazing, friendly and attentive, we were made to feel like we were the only ones there and we felt special, we will be going back again most definitely and we will be recommending them absolutely

Beautiful restaurant. Friendly welcome, drink and food orders taken nice and quick. Great choices on the menu. Food was delicious, good portion size. Would highly recommend a visit, you won't be Disappointed.

Disappointed - Had a lovely main meal but when it came to deserts we waited 40 minutes and it still did not come so went and paid for the meal. Not good when everyone is getting their meal way ahead of our desert order
