AVOID!!!!!!! Clueless guitar tech team. I taken my Ibanez in to get new heavier gauge strings on and to reset the action and intonation. The guitar tech had my floyd rose point to the sky the action was terrible ,also the screws on the back rose plate were chewed so not a chance so I refused to take it away that day, so I came back this time looked a lot better she relaced the screw she chewed to bits (how very pleasant of her) Anyways long story short I taken it home my mate picked it up and laughed at me for paying them £50 for a rose service. He fixed it and told me that the person who did it did a terrible job regardless of how many roses she’s claimed to have done the only job I cared about was mines being done properly. No refund offered No understanding of quality Customer service appalling AVOID !!

I very rarely write reviews however after the excellent service I have received over the past 18 months from the staff at Rimmers Music Leyland Branch namely Sheena, Neil and Ben I feel I must leave a comment. I have purchased several Guitars and various accessories over the past 18 months and the staff have always been very friendly courteous and helpful from just giving me advice to setting up my guitars and fitting new strings etc nothing is too much trouble for them the three of them are great ambassadors for Rimmers Music it would be great if there work ethics were adopted at other retail outlets. I would certainly recommend any one looking for either advice / parts to new instruments to make Rimmers Leyland the first and last stop. Barry Stokes

Good local music store, knowledgeable staff, good service. Nothing is too much trouble and usually better prices than most competitors online.
