One of my favourite Indian restaurants. Fantastic food, especially liked the Water Buffalo bit like Beef different and tasty.. My wife's Salmon and my son's Chicken main corses were equally lush as were the sides. Fabulous service from Michael and the team, will be back soon
This is our favourite place to eat in Winchester. The staff have become great friends to our family.the food is amazing. The place is very clean.service was excellent. I would be happy to recommend to anyone. And congratulations to your big achievement.
This place is one of the best Indian restaurant in the Hampshire. When we want to eat out - Rimjim is always top of our list. The staff is really friendly and well trained. Food is very delicious and services are top notch. Read the recent reviews and news of their award.... so gave it a try. Very disappointed. Service very slow despite being quiet. Waiting staff don't do the basics - like notice that shut menus mean ready to order, or ask if you would like another drink when taking an empty glass, clearing away dirty plates etc. Didn't bring plates with either the starter or the main courses. Vegetarian starter was just balls of deep fried batter with tiny veg/nothing inside. When we complained about it, the manager said he would take it off the bill. The bill finally arrived with it still on. When we managed to flag someone down...the manager said he would now go remove it, and offered a drink by way of good will gesture, these of course never arrived either. Don't see what all the fuss is about with this restaurant. We are normally non-grumpy, good tipping people who have worked in hospitality ourselves so don't complain without reason but this really was nothing like the positive reviews here! Poor service and average food. Gutted really, as in current cost of living crisis, this $75 meal for two is probably our "treat" for this month....
The best Indian food in Hampshire….amazing flavours to all the food we ordered. I am a fussy eater but I enjoyed the food so much…every bite I was taking into my mouth was joy of amazing flavours! Hats off to owners, waiters and especially to the chef to keep up with such amazing food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Indian food. Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options available Kid-friendliness: Spacious and has high chairs for infants. Have just left this restaurant. Have been here several times. Have to say the staff here are amazing. The food was excellent. Sat in the restaurant all night and wasn’t chased out to fill our seats again. Such a lovely change! The manager was very attentive and chatted with us. So lovely to have this kind of atmosphere when out with friends. Couldn’t fault the food absolutely superb. Just ine point tho, if you were quicker with our drinks you could have had more money out of us : Will be definitely returning again. Thank you for such a lovely evening. See you soon. X

I tried the Rhimjim special water buffalo, it will now be my go to option, beautifully cooked and the curry was similar to a rogan josh. My sister had a duck curry and loved it. Friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced, this is our regular Winchester Curry House.
The food was Amazing we had chilli chicken in starters literally I remembered proper authentic Indian food same as main course. I have been in Uk from long. But, Rimjhim will be the one of the best restaurants I ate. Special thanks to Chef and staff Imon was so polite and restaurant is so peace music and quick serving. Thank you Rimjhim management serving formal Indian food
