The atmosphere was extremely pleasant, the tables were very high standard as well as the cues. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always happy to help as well as informative about the Riley's membership, app and rewards. Alfie staff member was impeccably friendly and helpful. His vibe made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place for a night out.
There are always cars parked illegally outside, often completely parked on the pavement obstructing the pathway for pedestrians. Other times the cars are just parked over the curb. Quite frustrating as have to walk around or on the road, which is very dangerous as sometimes cars speed down the streets. It is also quite worrying as these drivers maybe drinking alcohol in your establishment, so another illegal problem.
Graham is a true credit to your team, couldn’t have asked for a nicer bar tender! He explained to me and my friends how the games system worked and always made sure we had plenty to drink, as well as letting us know of special offers and deals coming up, will definitely be coming back. Visited Riley's Leicester last Saturday 25/05/24 with a friend to play darts and then watch the FA & Scottish Cup Finals. The visit was superb, could not ask for any better service. Every 2-3 months, a small group of us travel into Leicester to play darts and a bit of pool at Riley's, and every single time it is a simply brilliant day. The planned visit last Saturday however, was really memorable and I could not rate this place any higher. The venue, drinks, food and staff are all top rate. A special thanks to Manager John, his service delivery was exceptional.
Came to Riley’s last week with a few friends for food and a game of pool. We were served by Graham, who honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. Really friendly and seemed to always know when we needed some help. 10/10 would go again.Food: 5/5

Pool tables cues are mostly worn out and not serviced. More sports events need to be included on TV. No windows or a/c so can get hot and muggy in there. More food and pizza options are neededFood: 4/5
This place isn’t cheap. But, if you’re willing to pay the price they have the best tables in Leicester. The atmosphere is great, the snooker tables are very level, run fast and have reasonable size pockets. Balls are clean, chalk is given in the price, and you get 10% off if you book online. Haven’t tried the food, so can’t comment on that. Drinks are expensive, but served promptly. Staff are friendly, but are often not behind the bar, so you have to wait a few minutes.
