Very chilled and interesting evening. Was going to play Mahjong, but the put the tables away around 6pm. Manager showed us how to play roulette. He was really helpful.
Probbably the best I've been to, and I've been to a few. A wide range of games, and lots of tables for each, you may struggle to find a seat at peak times so I recommend going when quieter. The dealers are all very helpful and polite. My only issue is the waiters are few and far between, I had been waiting for one the dealer had summoned for over an hour before I went to get it myself.
I've been coming here for 20 years and it's the best casino in the UK, so friendly and staff are good with active promos all the time. Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Recently been refurbished too, everything new and updated so very good experience, would highly recommend to anyone weather it's a late drink or a for a drink, food and gamble. All sports shown on big screen TV too.!!!
The casino is what it is but the restaurant is notable for the fact it has an extremely large and high quality screen on which to watch sports. The soft drinks are free if you are a member and the food is on par with any sports bar or pub. The staff are quite friendly and accommodating.
Good facilities for a good time but the receptionist at the front desk is very rude. I had drop some friends off and then parked in the car park. Then I went in and the receptionist rudely said I could park in the car park if I wasn't using the club?! I told her I was meeting up with some friends in the club but wasn't sure if they have arrived yet. Not a good well to welcome your members. I've been going to other clubs to avoid the rudeness and disrespect.
Amazing new look. Very bright & looks much bigger. Can't wait till it's all finished
Been here a couple of times before. Never seemed to have a problem. Great place to play some poker. Would say it's a greaf casino. But the current staff seem to think it's ok for the dealer to speak in different languages and for some of the players to do so as . When I raised the issue the manager was unreasonable and called the bouncer rather than resolving the matter. Not impressed.
Joined. To watch the Joshua Vs Usrk fight. After the first drink was told that there is no cocktails, half the food is unavailable and we got plastic cups? I come here to avoid the pub mentality and they are treating us like we're are at a down town concert in a bad part of town ???
Good casino , mid level , polite staff, well located ,great food, decent range of games at all stakes. On the whole its a good place to spend a night out
This casino was undergoing refurbishment when I last went, however, regardless of works all the games I was looking to play on my visit were available.
