When I first spoke with their business I made my credit situation clear, and was told that I would not need a deposit and no upfront fees, along with finding 6 or 7 affordable cars on your website. 

Upon Visiting their show room only roughly 30% of the cars advertised on their website were available and I was only given 1 car to look at which was deemed “affordable” I didn’t get a say in the matter, 1 vehicle they deemed affordable enough. 

They must have known I would need a deposit after feedback from their creditors and for some ridiculous reason decided to take me on a test drive even though I could not afford an upfront fee for the car, what a waste of everyone’s time. I’m presuming this was to get my interest up to try and borrow money off family or a friend. 

Their salesman left such an impression that I don’t even remember his name. and every question was answered with “let me check with my boss” 

I sat around for 3 hours to be told I need a £300 deposit after telling their salesman I couldn’t afford any deposit within the first 15 minutes of arriving. 

I personally think their business model is terrible and having reading other reviews online it appears a high percentage of people they have and could have worked with agree. 

Terrible business who don’t give you realistic expectations of what you can/can’t afford when looking to buy a car. 

Please bear this in mind when shopping around, due to my credit rating I thought this was one of my only remaining options however with further research I found plenty of better businesses willing to help.

I am a very important business man. But I shall be taking my business elsewhere! I had a modest budget of £350 per month and was Royally mugged off by the sales team. Overpriced motors sold by silly little men with rude overweight women sat off site getting btave om theiraor conditioned office when there is an issue *NOT CAUSED BY ME*. You fools ever heard that the customer is alwayd right? Not here where the customer is accused of lying! My EML light on 24hrs into purchase. In this great country of ours we have statutory rights and you can have your car back! Unhelpful and almost threatening after sales team. You mess with the wrong business man. Kennicks!

Little do these people know who they have upset. Because unless I grt a full refund and an apology I will be drivimg my "new" car straight through their forecourt window. Cowards who don't hold their hands up up mistakes. You Charlatans will get your comeuppance.

Discount for ex Army? I think not! The RRP of your cars and so out of sync with the current market it made any monies knocked off seem irrelevant. I will be going Car Craft or BCA.
