Fantastic restaurant in Porthleven and very helpful and friendly service plus it's even dog friendly if you let them know when booking ahead. We were a family of six with a Labrador along with us as well, we were seated in the upstairs room which was nice and comfortable. Initially there appeared to be a problem with our reservation as we had a dog with us however the misunderstanding was soon sorted by their very efficient manager and we were shown to our table. Food was excellent and waitress was very attentive. We had a birthday to celebrate and the waiters and waitresses even brought the cake out and sang happy birthday which was a nice friendly touch. Well done to all staff for a wonderful evening and we will definitely be coming back when next in Porthleven.

Enjoyed the whole thing.. good day.. excellent as usual. Attentive staff..food delicious. Relaxed atmosphere..next time would like a window seat?.

Service was good, food was lovely and well portioned and reasonably priced. Overall very satisfying experience. Ive never been a big fish fan however I've now been converted

We would have given 4 stars if we hadn't had to wait nearly an hour for our starters. When the food did arrive it was good although one portion of hake had lovely crispy skin and one flabby. Enjoyable, but not the best.

Booked in to celebrate are engagement. Service was excellent complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival followed by some amazing food. The fish and chips were unreal!!! Will defo visit again.
