Phoned Richmond taxis as my husband had dropped off my 16 and 11 year old for food and cinema earlier on in the day. I was at work til late and he went back to work too, they knew exactly what bus to get, where and what time. Anyway they followed the procedure and lone behold bus didn't turn up which ok considering this was on the 29th December at about 5pm and road conditions were getting really icy, not the bus's fault. I know eldest 16, but come on they are transported around by mum and dads taxi constently. Anyway rang Richmond taxis explained what had happened, taxi there within 5 mins, taxi man even made sure they were seen into the house with door shut behind them. (As eldest already had the £10 emergency money behind her phone case). Legend Congrats with the highest of honours Thanks again x Recommended Emensly Thanks again x

Saw driver smoking in his vehicle even though it is against the law, taxi was also missing a fuel cover and lots of bumps and scrapes.
