So I was looking for a new TV and had purchased one from Costco but their courier was a nightmare and couldnt deliver when we needed it. After that I tried curry's and selected a Saturday delivery and everything was fine, then I received an email saying the delivery would be the next Wednesday. Again not good enough and not what we wanted.  Phoned richer sounds and the lad told me, yeah we have one, I can get that to you tomorrow. We sorted it all out over the phone, got a delivery slot that suited and everything went perfectly. Added bonus of a 6 year guarantee. Was a couple of quid more expensive than the other 2 stores but it was worth it for the easy process.

Zero service despite there being available staff. Went in with the intention of buying a new TV, soundbar and bracket having researched online. When we arrived 2 available members of staff disappeared, leaving the manager serving another customer. We were the only other customers in the store. 10 minutes passed with no acknowledgement, no offer of "thank you for waiting" or "we'll be with you in a moment". When finally a staff member approached us, he barged between us to pick up a plastic cup that had fallen off the cooler, then disappeared behind another door. Utterly incredulous at total disregard and lack of service. We subsequently went to Curry's and spent over £2000, received excellent service from the staff and were seen to straight away. AVOID Richer Sounds, do not give them your money. There should be an option here for zero stars.

The guys at Richer Sounds , Peter,  Stephen, and the rest of the team we're simply fantastic. From the first phone call to the installation day communication was first rate, nothing was too much for them. None of the rip off crap you get with other dealers,  with Richer Sound what you don't need or use you get your money back. The guys that did the job were fantastic, the didn't leave until I was 100% happy with everything. Even though my installation wasn't the simplest. Lol. Many thanks, SC

For over a decade I've always upgraded my home cinema gear through Richer Sounds, Glasgow. This time was no different. Just after Christmas I went to Richer Sounds to look at my next step up in av gear. As usual I got great advice and service from the assistant, this time it was Steven. My visit this time was to upgrade my Sony AV amp and Mordaunt speakers, previously bought here. After about an hour discussing various options I opted to buy a Denon av amp and Dali Oberon speaker package along with upgraded speaker cables. Although my Sony system was very good the difference with the Denon amp is fantastic. The channel seperation is great and surround sound effects are pretty awesome. Recently I've been watching UHD movies with Dolby Atmos sound but not using Atmos speakers. So, yesterday I bought the Dali Alteco C1 speakers. They still need to be run in with their cables but so far the sound stage is awesome. I highly recommend Denon av amp, Dali Oberon speakers,  Chord RumourX cables and of course Richer Sounds.

Knowledge staff with a good range of quality av equipment. They have delivery options and if you are shopping with them they will compensate you up to 3£ for your parking fee.

I was about to purchase an item and thought I would call and just double check technical information. John, the store manager, was helpful, and gave advised me the item I was going to purchase would simply be unsuitable for my desired set up. He advised me on the best solution. And I went with five new home theatre speakers that were on offer, at a crazy good price. I purchased these over the phone on a Thursday afternoon, and unbelievably they were my doorstep on Friday morning. Fantastic service, fantastic advice, and in the end of fantastic product. Thank you John.

We experienced a fantastic service during our recent visit to Richer Sounds, with a special shout out to Charlie for going above and beyond to make sure we got the two pairs of headphones we wanted! Great advice, patient and super knowledgeable. We’ll be back for sure!

Situated in city centre on Jamaica St. Very helpful knowledgeable  staff. I was enquiring about audio repairs. They supplied me with good information  which i hope to act on soon. Thank you guys. Also there  are good visual displays of many TV and Hi-Fi brands if you are looking  for inspiration.Visited today27/8/24 with malfunctioning CD player. Service was excellent.

First time visitor a few months ago upon recommendation. John the manager is great! Really knowledgeable and was able to give me a great price. Ended up spending an hour in the store just talking to him. Very good customer service! I used to buy electronics online or from other stores but now will always make sure to come here.
