A great experience, from start to finish. After pondering a new setup for some time, Nick & the team took me through my options, and put together a great package to suit my space. Installation by their engineer Innes was thorough, friendly and professional. For anyone considering using them vs. buying online, do it, especially if you're looking for a great finish on installation, speedy delivery and great advice.

I have bought Bose products from this outlet and others for 20 years, and have never had an issue with any product purchased until now. Bought a pair of sport earbuds which have excellent sound quality, but unfortunately developed a charging problem after 3 months. Took them back today and they were exchanged immediately, no questions asked. Absolutely fantastic service. Thanks

Excellent customer service. I purchased a Bose L1 Compact from the store but the delivery from Bose proved to be problematic. The delivery date was pushed back by months. The store however came to the rescue by lending me a system from the shop floor. I was able to use this item to cover several gigs. The loan item was exchanged for a new item once Bose made the supply.

Staff know their stuff and service is great. Very helpful and really happy with my new Soundbar 700 + sub. Support after buying was also great. I needed advice on connection and all i had to do was pick up the phone to Finlay. Neighbours now love me! :

Avoid Bose products ! Having an issue with a Soundlink Mini 2, I contacted Bose. The product was less than one week out of warranty. They asked me to send it for repair - at a cost of £76. All they did was update the software! I had been a Bose customer for over 15 years but I’ve finished with the company for good now and will be leaving poor reviews whenever possible.

Nik it was a pleasure doing business with you. I found yourselves professional, knowledgeable and added that personal touch. I would recommend dealing with yourself rather than bose directly. As far as I am concerned you went above and beyond in customer service, this is the second time I have dealt with yourselves well worth the 340 mile round trip and would not hesertate in doing it again. Folkes music and film lovers get behind local companies as this one is well worth the visit and a pleasure to do business with. Keep up the good work and I am loving the bose 700. If you are looking for a best in class home cinema system Bose Glasgow is your best bet for great prices and incredible advice and service. This team will see you right and deliver support for as long as you need it. This is a privately owned business and the guys really know their stuff. You will not be disappointed.

I love Bose products and this is the only store in Scotland I believe.  Much prefer to hear the product before buying and you can fo that here. The assistant was very knowledgeable and let me listen to some sound sport free earbuds I was interested in. They sounded fantastic so a sale was in the bag. Great overall service and the product is top notch. Highly recommended.

Customer service as good as their products - outstanding.  I recently made an enquiry regarding a specific product for my Bose Companion 20 speakers. Very quick response, advising me they had already shipped my item f.o.c. Wow ! This is just one example of brilliant customer service I’ve experienced from Bose.
