I got really helpful and expert service from the boys at Richer Sounds Solihull, where I went to look for a new hi-fi cd player, Bluetooth amp, speakers and turntable. They recommended a superb Cambridge amp and cd player, and Fyne Audio speakers wow. They gave me help by phone with setting up and, when I had an issue with my original Audio Technica turntable, replaced it at a discount with what is a much better Denon replacement. The total cost of my high performing hi-fi was less than £2,000. Great service, great value.

Great service from Stuart in the Solihull store. Showed patience when it took me 2 visits to pick an av receiver i liked, which was a replacement for a faulty item. Stuart made the exchange seamless. But when i found the unit cheaper, i thought they're gonna be sick of me now. But again Stuart made the price match experience seamless. Helped me in the past and came though for me again. I decided to go all-in and build my own home cinema in my loft, and sourced all the electronics from Richer Sounds. I was very impressed with the service I received; deliveries were on time, the prices were reasonable, and the staff I spoke to were very helpful. They also offer a really good warranty. Special thanks to Marcus and Stuart for their help when I needed to exchange some brackets that didn't fit my speakers. Pic related, very happy with the final results.

Thanks very much for brilliant service. I bought a Denon unit from your store but a couple of weeks later the remote died. These things happen and a shop is judged by their response. A new unit was ordered and delivered to my house in reasonable time. Thanks.

Great place for everything sound and vision with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I brought an Denon amp 2 years ago that had a longer warranty period and it had a fault recently that they fixed under the warranty. However when i went to collect it from the shop there was an error with the service department that ficlxed it and they tried to charge me basically £400 for the repair, however the service department which has nothing to do with Richer Sounds was at fault and it was sorted by Richer Sounds for me 100%. And although it was time consuming and a bit stressful,  I was happy with the outcome.

I can't  rate these people enough ! Called into the Solihull branch and enquired about a replacement to my ipod. Martin and Stuart helped me on my way. Very knowledgeable and no sales pressure . Came out with an Astell& kern SR35 plus portable speaker, headphones and a cd ripper. Very very  happy !!

Yet again first class service from this shop. Purchased LG OLED42C34LA for a friend who is less abled. Customer service answered all my questions. I went to the shop to pay and collect. They supplied a map to direct me where to park in the loading bay which is located in the road at the of shop but 100 yards away.  I suggest you use the map  parking fine otherwise. Stuart the manager explained all this to me and I was very grateful.  They brought the TV and free sound bar to my car and put them in.  I have now purchased 3 TVs from this store a new would not hesitate to go there again.

I had never come across Richer Sounds until today, but now I wish I had known about them sooner. The staff in the Solihull store were really friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to care about me as a customer making the correct purchase for my needs. I have bought an amp, set of passive speakers, turntable & stylus from the Solihull branch in the past 18 months. Dealt with Stuart who was friendly & informative throughout. Got plenty of good wide-ranging advice from him on what was available for my budget. No hard selling whatsoever. After sales service top notch as well. Any questions with products bought dealt with quickly & professionally. Will definitely return when I'm looking for further audio equipment.
