From initial phone advice in lockdown, to controlled access visit to follow up, the staff were both knowledgeable and able to offer good advice on buying my new TV. Add to that the sales discount ant the automatic free 6 year guarantee and you can't really ask for more.
The only place I'd ever shop for electronics. These guys know what they are on about u like Curry's etc. The 6 year warranty they offer on their tv's is top notch, big thanks to Oli and his team for helping me with my order
Good discussion with sales person over TVs. Good opening hours opens weekdays at midday which avoids morning rush. The parking's a bit rubbish but the car park round the side has free 20 mins parking. Anything above that they pay for. A bit of a discount for damaged boxes but the equipment inside was untouched. Nice and easy.
