My Yamaha U3UX upright piano was delivered today and I am very happy with it and the service I received.  I have an impossible schedule at the moment and in my search for a piano, I found Richard always made himself available to discuss my budget and options.  I visited many shops (did a lot of driving) and did find that Richards pianos were just that bit better with regards to wear and tear.  I noticed that the refurbished felt and hammers looked in better condition, as did the piano casing.  I'm not an expert but I have looked at over 50 pianos now.  I'm also happy with the price, and believe me, I spend many many hours and days searching. I hope my review helps!

We were able to get a clear idea of what our options were and Richard gave a good description of the characteristics of older and newer piano's. We found a wonderful piano after being shown a great selection to choose from.

We've now bought 3 pianos from Richard and really pleased with each and every one of them. He has a great selection to choose from, and even gives you a cup of tea to help you make up your mind! Thanks for all your help Richard.

I had lost one of the rubber stoppers on my baby grand yamaha piano. Unsure of where to get them, I contacted Richard and he was nothing but helpful with sourcing and providing them. I only contacted him yesterday and already the stoppers are ordered and on their way to me. Great customer service and great knowledge about the fantastic pianos he has to sell. Definitely the place to go.

Amazing Service from Richard.He’s the best in the business and has a lovely selection of pianos for all levels. Highly recommended. My Steinway Grand is Wonderful.
