The service we received from Graeme at RLAM, can only be described as 'Next Level'. In 3 decades of driving this is the easiest car buying process I've experienced. The online video gave an honest appraisal of the car, Graeme couldn't do enough to communicate quickly & clearly, respond to any questions we had and as we wanted the car as soon as possible, he made sure everything was arranged and happened as promised. This included a fresh year's MOT and service, car valet and delivery to Glasgow within a day. We're really happy with the car and cannot thank Graeme enough for everything he did for us.

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Without reservation the best car buying experience I have had. Adrian and the team were very helpful; the car was prepped and ready for a test drive on arrival and ready for collection within 2 days. The car was advertised at some '£500 below average price' Car Gurus Website search, had a full years MOT, a full service with some other minor works completed and a 3 month national warranty included in the sale price without need for negotiation. The car was spotless on collection. I will definitely consider buying here again and would highly recommend Autoecosse to friends and family. Genuinely excellent service without the 'hard sale' attitude prevalent elsewhere - rare and refreshing in the second hand market.

From start to finish Dean was excellent. Great communication, all the information I needed was provided quickly and without fuss. He was even kind enough to pick me up from the train station as I travelled through to Dundee to pick up the car. Really went above and beyond, can’t recommend them enough
Faultless from start to finish,buying experience was relaxed and kept up to date when the car would be available. Developed a small fault that I wasn’t comfortable driving to the garage to drop it off . Not a problem, guy turns up with a transporter and takes the car away ,kept up to date with the repair and the car was delivered back the next day,if you can do better than that then fair play,great guys to deal with…..

I didn't really intend to purchase the car I did when I went to AutoEcosse but after feeling let down at another dealer, the service and helpfulness I received from Dean was great and purchase I did.
