I was helped by Ewan Wilson and he was great. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to have a spare wheel instead of a inflation kit. “No problem”, I got one. Everything was made very easy and Ewan kept me up to date with the progress. Thanks Ewan.
When I went to drop off the car there was only one person on reception who was obviously busy, she did ask me after a minute or so to sit down and she would be with me shortly but it was around 5 mins before she could deal with me although it felt longer. She was pleasant and professional at all times
Joanna was fab at selling me my new car she was able to tell me lots about it and ensure I was happy with my purchase. Joanna got me my car super quickly and made sure it was available when I needed it. Service was fab and aftercare too!
the car was colleced early morning and returned mid-afternoon, which suited me well. The servicing was done and there were no problems. The car was washed and all was well. A good service from Arnold Clark.
I recently collected my new car, and it was a most pleasant experience. From Joanna, who sold me the car, who was excellent, kept me fully updated and made it a seamless transaction. Rebecca who gave me a thorough rundown on the car, explaining everything most professionally, a joy to deal with. Stuart, who took the time to thank me for my custom, much appreciated. And also the receptionist, who went out of her way to make me a cup of tea when the coffee machine broke down, a very nice lady. Got to say it's been the best experience I have ever had when buying a car.
Ive just picked up my new car today. David was such a nice person. He looked after me from start to finish. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a new car. This is my second renault from Arnold Clark. All the staff are lovely and helpful. Thank you so much
Absolute dismal experience from the start till today. Spent almost 12K to buy a Renault SUV. I hardly drove the car - but it failed in the first MOT straightway. Later also found that vents and a/c has serious issues - since I hardly know about car mechanics - my repair bills just keeps going bigger and bigger. After a year I tried to find out what's the resale value of my car - they slashed almost 5k straightway. But when they're selling the car I was told all kind of wild story - like one year after I might sale my car more than the price I bought with originally. So far the whole thing is an extremely traumatic experience - every week something comes up and then ends up paying hefty bills. Will I ever go to Arnold Clark to buy a car again - simple answer is NEVER! I basically lost 12k of my extremely hard earned money. It affected my mental health enormously - it will take years to recover from this traumatic experience.
Bought my Renault Captur in 2022 and the service I received from your consultant, Siannon, was outstanding. She answered all my questions professionally but with such patience and a friendly manner. Everything was explained so well that I was confident that I had the right car for me. Siannon really is a credit to your company and I will have no hesitation in buying my next car from her

Always get my cars from Arnold Clark as like their level of service but all the better this time as Liam is back selling cars and gave me a great deal.
