Found an absolute gem here. Looked at a car for sale, what an honest young man took me through this vehicle, said certain things needed doing on it. Asked to be put on ramp so could see underneath, did so, no hesitancy. Found the service brilliant. Put deposit on car, arranged to pick up following week. The work done on the car was amazing, everything as promised and more. Found the whole experience fantastic, as I had snags myself, the garage came through 100%,couldnt ask for better service. Recommend anyone here. Brilliant.
By far the best garage I've used. From the nice lady in reception, keeping me up to date on the whole process to the lads who repaired my car. The whole thing was easy and stress free. Car wasn't even originally booked for mot but they squeezed it in on the same day. The price for everything was really fair and loved their honesty about the car problems instead of ripping me off. Will 100% use again. Thank you
Decided to take car back for MOT & Oil change after using them earlier on in the year for new disks and pads positive experience. Went to collect car and noticed 2 advisories on MOT Test Cert Towball/hitch not fitted at time of test & under body and engine covers fitted. First time I have ever heard of these and asked for an explanation as I don't have Towbar fitted on vehicle. The guy I spoke to wasn't too sure either so I decided to pay and leave at this point as the small office was filling up with people. Chloe in the office seems to keep things ticking over really well and professional, it was noticeable when she wasn't around this afternoon. Good price but definitely made me and my Dad think twice about going back again.

We are new to the area and had used the same mechanic for 24 years so was very nervous about changing! It was absolutely no problem at all, the staff at Ashington Direct Auto were super and Chloe kept us informed of the progress throughout the day. Our van was serviced, mot'd and well looked after, we will definitely be taking our honda there later in the year. Ashington Direct Auto have definitely acquired themselves new customers. Just had my brakepads and discs replaced here for my citroen c1. I got them sorted at a keen price and was told exactly what needed done. Also got to mention the lady in the office where I booked the car in was very pleasant and welcoming.
Rang up for a some service work on my Audi rs6. The lads could not bend over far enough to help me out. Even when the ran in to big problems that took hours to sort they worked hard and kept me informed, even asking me to come look at the car in the air and showing me the problems. Can not thank them enough and even tho it took hours longer than expected they stuck to there original quote. Can not recommend them enough!
