We lost our most amazing lovely dad on Christmas day. Richard wine was the funeral director we phoned. This man went above and beyond to make one of the worst days of our family's life bearable. I would highly recommend Richard. His compassion and understanding and professional work ethic was amazing.  That day was always going to be sad but Richard and his team made it run smoothly so we could concentrate on saying goodbye properly to our amazing Dad. Thankyou Richard. I will never forget what you did.

We used Richards funeral services as our dad died on Xmas day. This was a very difficult period for all our family and I cannot express our thanks to richard for how he cared for us and especially our kind and gentle dad. Richard’ is a consummate professional with a caring and  human touch. Richard not only took all the worry of the funeral arrangements away but he guided us through the day putting us all at ease through a very difficult day.  Richard’s wife Tracy although she doesn’t work for the business was so kind and caring to our family. Not only did Richard go over and above on Xmas day but he also checked in on us all after the funeral day.  We as a family cannot thank him enough for everything he’s done for us. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Richards funeral services to anyone who needs a caring professional when going through a time of crisis and mourning resulting from a family member passing away.

Richard was caring and compassionate throughout our sad time. He conducted himself professionally and was very understanding. Nothing was too much and he kept us well informed every step of the way. Would recommend him to anyone needing support in a difficult time.

Richard took care of my father's funeral with compassion and was very professional. He took care of everything and nothing was too much trouble. He guided us through it all in a very difficult time. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The service Richard provided was compassionate and caring when we were completely at a loss and not knowing what had to be done. He visited and called providing sensitive support and suggestions in the most difficult of circumstances, always ready to discuss and adjust arrangements as we wished.
