I suggest this place whenever I have a work meeting. It's a nice and professional environment with great coffee. The staff do their best for you to have a great time.

Took 15 minutes to get my drink, a white hot chocolate, and that was before the lunchtime rush. It was expensive basically hot milk. Disappointing service and drink. Will not be going back.

Super ambience, delightful staff & excellent coffee. Only let down by insufficient toilets.

Cakes are ok but a frappe is not the same thing as a milkshake and it’s disturbing that a member of staff was quite convinced they are.

Another coffee shop review......A nice ambience to the place, very helpful staff and a good selection of coffee shop food. Just that the thing that mattered the most wasn't quite up to scratch. The Coffee, No thermometer in the milk for the latte meant a bit over temp, and I'm not sure if I saw the addition of some cold milk into too hot milk to make it better. And the espresso isn't really memorable, it tastes a bit average.......I know coffee shops normally choose dark roast beans for easier blending, but a bit more taste would be good. Not bad, and I'm being picky, but four stars gives us room for improvement and I will visit again. Hint...get a thermometer.
