My Trade is considered a risky job by mistake and insurers will charge for cover in accordance with that mistake. Rhino, however, have great knowledge of my trade, as well as other trades associated with it, and provide cover at a very reasonable price. The staff on the end of the telephone are very helpful, knowledgeable and intelligent making the quotation process an enjoyable experience, which is unusual for insuring i know, and i will be renewing with Rhino if they continue the service and care they provide today. 5 stars from me.
After receiving a high renewal price from current insurance, I decided to shop around. Was recommended Rhino and straight away they came up at half the price. Used the online chat to make sure I had all right details and was being covered for the same as before. All came up good and with a saving of £400 a year. Definitely the quickest and easiest insurance I have ever arranged.
Kieran was fantastic dealing with my quotation and getting my cover set up for the company. Was fast and hardly any wait time involved from the moment I rung. Very competitive pricing as well.

Some great people here, working fro the best deal, simple setup, easy to make changes with no extra charges hiding in the plans. Would highly recommend!
Excellent service from Kieran Riddell. Being in a trade its been difficult to get the right time to take a call. Every time Kieran called I'd say give me a ring in an hour or two or this date or that. He would ring every time I requested as well but on my behalf couldn't take the call. We finally got there. Kieran Riddell was excellent. Very helpful, explained everything and very efficient.
Kieran Riddlell, what a bloke! Very helpful and super informative. As I am going self employed I wasn’t sure on a few things but I was assured by Kieran all the way. Nothing was stressful or too much hassle for Kieran. Will definitely be returning and recommend to all of my friends. He’s a great asset to the Rhino company and if I was his boss for the service he provided I’d buy him a pint or 5!
