Tried chicken kebab and still dreaming about it! Definitely a good option to visit when you are shopping and want to take a break Unbeaten with some heartwarming food. Service is excellent and everyone is just way too polite. Also decor is on point! What else do you we need right!
Amazing place, such a lucky find! We were in Oxford on a day trip and were surprised that the place we randomly walked into was so good! Colourful-happy, baby-friendly and very delicious. All the food we tried was super good, even the side salad, absolutely recommend! Also recommend the homemade lemonades 4 flavours available, we tried 2 among us, the rose mint tea and the baklava. My friend had a cappuccino and said that was really very good too. High chairs for babies available. We will be back on our next visit to Oxford!
Delicious! The best place to have a break time. Unique, cosy and cultural atmosphere. The food is delightful. I ordered lamb wrap and it tests better than in London. Refreshing rose mint tea. The cake was absolutely out of words. Definitely will come back on my next visit. Thank you to all staff members and especially chefs. I felt so relaxed and welcomed. Come and enjoy!
Amazing experience. Despite being a chain, the treatment is very friendly and you feel you're taken good care of. They were a bit slow to take our order busy time, so it's understandable but then food was served super fast. Highly recommend the falafel wrap which is so filling, also the traditional mint tea. Wouldn't recommend the "empanadas" with cheese and mint, flavour was very bland. Decoration is amazing and they even sell the items in exhibition. We were asked for allergies. Really nice atmosphere.
The decor is phenomenal! The Middle Eastern ambiance is so great. Every corner of that restaurant is beautiful. The food is good, not exceptional. Only for the place I would go back!Food: 3/5
Loved it. The staff were very nice and the food was delicious ! But the most special thing in this restaurant is the decorations. It's a bit orietalist but very colorful that you could really feel Beirut's atmosphere. I recommend it very much.Food: 5/5
I tried the take away meal deal! Tasty food and good price for what you get. The food was ready pretty quickly. Tried the lamb and falafel wraps. Both tasty and delicious!
The chicken I had was okay, quite bland but still enjoyable enough to eat. The Roomana pomegranate lemonade was disappointing and tasted more like cranberry juice from a carton. The service was TERRIBLE!!! I constantly had to stand up to get their attention as they'd be occupied looking away to the counter and chatting with each other. I stood up again for the bill and the waiter nods and says he'll bring it over. 5 minutes later he's back at the counter having a chat with his friend. So I got up and walked over to the counter to get his attention AGAIN, this time he told his "colleague to get the bill" because clearly chatting with his mate was more important than taking payments from customers... So I took a deep sigh and returned to my table, the other waiter came over with the bill and obviously the first thing I tell him is to remove the service charge and expain the poor service, for reasons above. After that he just turns stone cold and doesn't even offer an apology on behalf of his colleague. Made me feel real uncomfortable. I will say the decorations around the restaurant look very pretty but it's unfortunately not enough to have me coming back ever!
The restaurant is massive. Loved the decor around, very instagram friendly. The food was very good. Highly recommend the Lebanese style hot chocolate, Hoummos, lamb and Halloumi burger. We ordered a plate of fries to share until our main course arrived and the fries were served with Toum, a garlic yoghurt sauce which tasted so good. The neighboring tables ordered the cheesecake and wraps which looked large and quite enticing. Portion sizes are large. The service was excellent, really helpful with recommendations. One of my friends wasn't too hungry and our waitress told her which menu items were quite large vs something small that she could snack on. Food didn't take too long to arrive on our table. They do serve alcoholic drinks. Accept cash & card/contactless payment. Reasonably priced, wasn't too expensive.
Loved the place. Overall ambiance was amazing. Food was great. Even the pink lemonade drink was good. We had ordered different dishes. Almost everything was good.
