OMG, the worst car dealers EVER!! Avoid, please, if you are wise enough! On 09/10/13 I purchased, vehicle BMW 318d ES 2007. The next day I discovered that it was not of satisfactory quality: couple warning lights was on, one of them was on all the time on the way home I live 8hours away from them, took the bus to go there and they said that the car is in excellent condition As I called them next day they said to go to the garage to check what is wrong and to call them back. As I called them later at least 4 times over couple days but you never answered my calls. I went to the garage for the diagnostics they found: the steering wheel sensor faulty, implausible. I did wheel alignment at Halfords first but they could not centre the steering wheel. Then I have done it at BMW dealer in Inverness recently and problem was solved but at cost of £216.01. In addition, I am having even more problems with the car that I bought : Steering wheel lock fault, 4222 Glow Plug Cilinder 2 Activation, 4242 Glow Plug Cylinder 4 Activation, 4B90 Rail Pressure Monitoring On Engine Start error codes. And I have the only 2 MONTHS!! I went to BMW dealer at Inverness to do diagnostics on steering wheel lock fault because only they fixes this problem. They quoted me £587.99 for new steering column replacement and £45 for diagnostics. RAC warranty refuses to pay for steering wheel lock fault. I also noticed that the car was repainted: part of the roof and one side of the car.
AWFUL customer service. Bought a car from here, couldn't be happier to take my money and get me out the door as quick as possibe. Only had the car 2 months and I've had nothing but bother with it. Warranty service is a joke. Owner does not know how to run a business. Rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM RENWICK MOTOR COMPANY. Do not fall in to the trap that I did.
