Top notch service. My van was recently broken into and had to go off for repairs, from beginning to end 1st Direct Vehicle Rentals were courteous and friendly, helpful, efficient and competitive. The van was in excellent condition and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again.
We had a great experience hiring from 1st Direct Vehicle Rentals. Another car hire company let us down last minute so we left an enquiry with 1st Direct. They called us within 30 minutes and confirmed that the car we wanted would be available. The pick up process was very quick and smooth and prices are on a par with other rental companies. The handover was also very efficient. Customer service was great, the team were very friendly and their COVID precautions were very good important as my hubby is clinically vulnerable. We will definitely hire from them again.
Our vw transporter was kept in pristine condition clearly well looked after - me and my girlfriend were met by the most friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile literally to help us get the van sorted after a stressful week. They really made our day and our amazing trip away possible. Great range, great prices and great service really cannot fault these guys one bit! Fully recommend
